**Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of customer-owned Microsoft Identity and Security Solutions. Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.

**Qualifications**:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, ADFS, Hyper-V, Networking and PowerShell scripting preferably in a large-scale environment
- Multiyear experience in a customer-facing role in information technology (IT)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both written and verbal English & Italian languages is required

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity and Certification with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Sentinel and Defender
