JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
- Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them
- Contribute to pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager and discuss with the E.M. ideas of possible future client needs that may lead to projects
- Provide consulting support to existing clients while ensuring effective and efficient key account management
- Contribute to the day to day operations of the assigned tasks until completion
- General contribution to Allianz Consulting’s growth and community

KEY REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
- University degree or equivalent experience (e.g. Business Administration, Management Engineering, etc )
- Operational business and/or consultancy experience (1 - 4 year)
- Experience in Project
- and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement
- High attendance to learn and develop
- Strong team player with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual and implementation experience
- Communication, facilitation, sales and conflict management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
- Insurance business experience would be an advantage
- International work or study experience is appreciated
