The employer operates port terminals, logistics terminals and on-site terminals. The group also provides all kinds of semi-industrial services, designs, builds and manages logistics platforms and complete supply chains to different industries.

**TASKS DESCRIPTION**

The goal is to make all terminals globally energy-independent. In order to do that, they are looking for a team to organize and follow up on this innovation for each terminal in each country. Your responsibility is to study, coordinate and implement new energy assets (solar panels, wind turbines, battery systems, energy efficiency etc., You are also responsible for the energy transition of the company’s fleet.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project coordination from A to Z:

- Check the stability of the building.
- Follow up on the inspection of the project.
- Planning of the project and permits.
- Execution of the project.
- Follow up on the construction of the project.
- Maintain general safety before and during the execution of the project.
- Identify and repair damage.
- Follow up on certificates and permissions.
- Hand over the project to the asset manager.
- Follow up on different projects at the same time (also international).

**PROFILE**

**Background**
- You have an engineering degree (civil or industrial) with an affinity for electricity.
- Knowledge of Autocad is a plus, but not a requirement.
- You have a basic knowledge of the Office 365-tools.

**Practical requirements**
- You have good and clear English skills at B2-C1 level, this is the language you will communicate in.
- Other languages are a plus, the employer has terminals all over the world.
- You have a driving license B or you are getting one soon.

- You are an analytical thinker.
- You are flexible, your work hours can vary depending on your deadlines and workload that day.
- You have an interest in renewable energy.
- **You are willing to travel abroad for short periods. The company is flexible, it is also a possibility to work in a terminal in your home country. Only the training would be in Belgium. It is also possible to work on a project abroad for a couple of years.**

**CONDITIONS**

Regular hours per week - 37h/week

Paycheck - Monthly

Gross salary / hour - Negotiable, depends on experience, age, degree etc.

Mealvouchers - Yes, 8€/worked day

Hospitalisation - Yes, family members included

Company car + fuel card. - Yes, also for private use. The model depends on your profile; always Volkswagen or Mercedes. The company does not lease but buy, so you drive a car about 7-8 years.

Company phone - Yes, also for private use

Company laptop - Yes, also for private use

Working hours - Office hours. Your work hours can vary depending on your deadlines and workload that day

**HOUSING & TRANSPORTATION**
- The company expects you to arrange the travel cost to Belgium yourself, if you decide to relocate permanently.
- The company expects you to arrange your own accommodation in Belgium, if you decide to relocate permanently.
- If you decide to work in your home country, the company will cover the travel and accommodation expenses for your training in Belgium.

Pay: €6,000.00 - €7,000.00 per month
