**What we need**
We are looking for a passionate and talented UX/UI Designer who is able to create great digital interfaces for web and mobile products working everyday with Product and Development teams.
- has fluency with common UX design software and tools;
- is a great verbal/written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to successfully articulate design concepts;
- is a challenge lover. A proactive approach and a problem solving mindset are key in an innovative environment;
- has a strong portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking and core skills across a variety of categories and formats;
- A degree in design, psychology, human-computer interaction or a related field is recommended;
- is able to interact with professional proficiency in both Italian and English.

**What you will be doing**
As a UX Designer, you will work closely with the Product team, by improving Satispay digital core products and designing new features. In details, your key tasks may include:

- Improve design interfaces and flows based on users journey keeping an eye on Satispay design system;
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and to ensure that the product is intuitive and easy to use;
- Conducting user research and user testing to identify user needs and pain points;
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to ensure that the product meets user and business requirements;
- Analysing data and user feedback to make informed design decisions;

The role is based in Milano.
