From facilities delivering life-saving therapies and ensuring clean water to enabling the connection of people through all modes of transportation and providing access to technology - we're integrating a multitude of these solution elements to build the smart environments of tomorrow._ - Start your Jacobs career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow and succeed - today and into tomorrow._ **Your Impact**: Key responsibilities/ Scope of duties**: - Develops sales documents using applicable tools, guidelines and templates - Works to support the development of offers, presentations, market analysis, etc. - Collects company data or conducts internal/external research as appropriate for offer documents and/or strategy development - Develops and maintains sales qualification materials (CVs, references, etc) and supporting information - Develops appropriate network within the company to facilitate identification and sharing of relevant information, best practices etc. between offices - Maintains updated information on the sales company electronic platform This position will report to the Inside Sales Manager (ISM). **Core duties and responsibilities**: The core duties and responsibilities of the Inside Sales Coordinator (ISC) fall into the following broad categories: Research and Analysis, Sales Material Development and Knowledge Management. - Research and Analysis: conducts client, competitor and market research as required in support of client and/or opportunity strategy development - Sales Material Development: prepares written and graphical elements of sales opportunity response documents such as proposals, qualifications and presentations. Interacts with operations personnel to support development of sales material - Knowledge Management: updates/maintains non-opportunity specific / additional sales qualification and reference materials (including résumés, project descriptions and organization charts) in designated information management systems - Client Success Platform: fills and maintains the relevant information about opportunities and clients on the Company sales platform (software) **Other**: - Ensures adherence to standards and templates to present a consistent appearance/style in compliance with our corporate identity - Coordinates with dedicated graphics personnel and outside print vendors as needed - May work with the ISM to track and monitor bid and proposal (B&P) budget for selected pursuits - May provide assistance to sales management for the preparation of weekly/monthly sales reports - Performs other duties as assigned **Here’s What You’ll Need**: - Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline from a five-year college (Istituto tecnico Amministrazione, Finanza e Marketing/ Liceo Linguistico/ Liceo Scienze Umane). Similar working level obtained through relevant job experience may be accepted in lieu of degree level education. - Technical: Very strong capability in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) suite and with proficiency in software use.
