The Accounts Payables department is part of the Global Business Services unit (GBS) which is the group’s process owner and provider of shared accounting and reporting services. The unit serves business partners worldwide.

You will report to Head of Accounts Payable Nordics.

**Your role**:
Assist the Accounts Payable Team with various operational tasks, such as
- SDI reporting
- Operational tasks within invoice handling
- End user support
- OCR invoice capturing tool
- Travel reimbursements
- E-archiving
- Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process

**Qualifications**:
Studying in the field of Economics, study program in Economics and Computer science is an advantage

You are a quick learner and can easily adapt to different IT systems

proficient in Excel

You are a team player with good cooperation and communication skills

You like to take responsibility.

Independent and thorough way of working

Fluent in English and Italian

SAP knowledge is an advantage
