Drive optimal performance (cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

**Essential Responsibilities****:

- Site execution of manufacturing finance activities, support planning, pacing, and closing activities. Own Supply chain metrics impacting P&L and balance sheet activities, including cost accounting, inventory controls (PI, Revals, standards, variances, etc.), product fulfillment and COGS booking, functional costs, VCP/BCP, P&E, etc.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of manufacturing finance.
- Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.
- Focused on monitoring of key KPIs like aged WIP, quarantine, scraps; bullet train and project costs.
- Support all Physical inventory activities.
- Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to support the plant leader’s staff in arriving to decisions.
- Support data analysis on cost items and support actions for all plants.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration/Finance from an accredited university or college.
- Previous experience in Finance Manufacturing is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Italian
- EU work permit

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support multiple projects simultaneously.
