Come **Customer Service** sarai il primo punto di contatto tra Nikasa e i nostri clienti. Il tuo ruolo sarà centrale: ascolterai, guiderai e supporterai le persone in ogni fase del percorso del post vendita.

**COSA CERCHIAMO IN TE**
- Diploma o laurea, preferibilmente in ambito tecnico (es. Interior Design, Geometra)
- Esperienza pregressa in ambito arredamento o retail
- Esperienza nel customer care o nella vendita assistita
- Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti digitali (CRM, mail, chat, gestionale ordini)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese

Retribuzione: a partire da €1.000,00 al mese
