**Descrizione azienda**:
Per nota azienda operante nel settore consultancy, che si caratterizza per un portafoglio diversificato di servizi e una particolare attenzione al cliente, ricerchiamo un/a General Services Officer appartenente alle** Categorie Protette.**

**Posizione**:
La risorsa sarà responsabile del/della:

- gestione della Reception, del centralino e dei corrieri
- gestione dei pacchi e della posta
- prenotazione dei viaggi d'affari
- gestione e archiviazione dei documenti
- gestione delle chiamate in entrata e in uscita
- supporto nell'organizzazione degli eventi e dei meeting con ospiti e clienti.

**Requisiti**:

- appartenere alle Categorie Protette
- possedere un diploma di maturità
- avere una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- avere una buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) e della posta elettronica
- avere ottime competenze organizzative, comunicative e relazionali
- avere capacità di iniziativa e ti problem solving.

Si offre contratto a tempo determinato diretto con l'azienda.

RAL 25000/28000€.
