**Your Role**

FAAC Technologies is currently looking for an **Order Processing and Transport Specialist** for its headquarters in **Zola Predosa**, **Bologna.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Verification and validation of standard sales orders entered via SAP and Sales Portal, following the pre-established procedures and monitored by shared KPIs.
- Liaise with Production Planning and Logistics teams to manage the readiness of goods and ensure timely shipping activities, including preparing load plans, issuing bills, and managing shipping documentation.
- Ensure clear and proactive communication with subsidiaries -through regular follow -ups
- regarding order status, changes, delays, or anomalies until delivery at destination.
- Handle inquiries and complaints related to the complete sales flow, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with logistics partners, to organize transportation by road, sea or air.

**What do You need to be successful?**
- Degree in Foreign Languages and / or Economics;
- Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Familiarity with transportation management, particularly road and express shipping, is highly desirable;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a Manufacturing industry
- Strong client and service orientation, with excellent problem-solving skills;
- Precision, accuracy and organizational skills;
- Planning & Organization;
- Highly appreciated knowledge of SAP management;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
