You will work closely with the Customer Service Managers for each product segment, Product Management and international enablers across the Wolters Kluwer community to ensure that our strategic goals will be achieved through the tools you have business process ownership of.-
- Content managers should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence and using analytics to formulate a content strategy. Here, content is defined as multimedia articles, blog posts, images or videos that aid in fostering engagement online.- Responsibilities- Ensure that the most recent content is made available to our clients at all times and through all offered channels
- Analyse all customer-facing self-service platforms to help drive actionable insight that can be used to enhance the customer experience and increase self-service usage
- Establish strong and trusted relationships with business stakeholders and technical partners
- Writing, editing and proofreading content.
- Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
- Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
- Manage content across all platforms, tools and products
- Skills & Competencies- Experience of working in a software support team
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels within an organisation
- Comfortable working in a matrix environment
- Experience in digital change processes and project management
- Good problem-solving skills
- Creativity and innovation in approach
- A strong understanding of the importance of Customer experience in enabling the growth and future success of the business
- Consultative approach, including the ability to analyse and translate internal/external customer needs into technical requirements and process, flows for consumption by the technical team.
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
- Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Proficiency with popular content management systems.
- Fluency in English is essential
