Project Manager

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As part of the South West Europe LI Industrial Direction team, the Capital Projects

Team is in charge of the development and execution of major investments aiming

to extend, enhance, renovate the industrial facilities owned and operated by the

Group in the SWE cluster countries, pertaining to the Large Industries Business

Line.

The position proposed concerns a LI Project Manager with high technical content enabling to act also as Project Engineer. Reporting to the Capital Projects Team Leader, you will:

- take part in the definition phase of new plants (or pipelines) and of the relevant technical solutions, defining the basic specifications of main equipment, integration matters into existing facilities (process/utilities connections, general arrangement vs location, noise,...), establishing project budget and time schedule.
- follow the execution phase of the projects managing the budget and the schedule, coordinating the engineering development, holding the relations (both under the technical and the management point of view) with the engineering contractor(s), suppliers, consultants & professionals, AL experts & Design Authorities, contractors.
- assess the necessary resources, and coordinate their activity.
- launch, and then follow, the permitting procedure(s) by the public bodies and local institutions, also producing the required documentation.
- ensure that the project complies with applicable norms and regulations.
- take care of all accomplishments related to labour's and plants' safety, including the implementation of a design allowing to respect labour's and plants' safety standards and regulations
- take care of all accomplishments related to the Company's Industrial Management System (IMS) and to the Quality certification.

**Are you a MATCH?
Minimum 8 years of experience in project engineering and management.
- Knowledge of Project Management tools.
- Knowledge of a plant / pipeline construction phases.
- Technical competences in engineering and in Air Liquide rules and norms.
- Basic knowledge of production processes of industrial gases
- Knowledge of norms and regulations about process plant engineering.
- Norms and regulations about site construction works and safety.
- General knowledge about permitting procedures.
- Possibly, knowledge of risk analysis methods (Hazop, FMEA).
- Fluency in Italian and English. The knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese languages will be an appreciated “plus”.
