**FUNCTIONS**: We are looking for a "Finance Director" for our multinational client in Italy operating in footwear sector with the following qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance - Residence permit in Italy - Advanced level of English is mandatory - At least 10 years of financial management experience - At least 5 years of team management experience - Advance level of English is mandatory - Proficiency in accounting software - Broad knowledge of accounting principles - Strong aptitude for math - Good communication skills - Computer literacy - Strong analytical skills Reports to: Country Director Positions Report to: Head of Accounting and Treasury Credit Manager Controller Analyst QUALIFICATIONS: - Establishing targets, developing budgets and performing financial analysis - Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks - Perform regular financial analysis - Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments - Establish targets and manage all accounting and finance employees including management accountants and internal auditors - Supervise all audit and internal control processes - Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance - Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines - Recognize patterns in company spending, revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas - Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company - Leading and developing a team of finance professionals covering Billing and Collections, Accounts Payable, Financial Control and Financial Planning & Analysis - Presenting financial reports and analysis to executives, board members, investors, and other stakeholders - Running the annual budgeting process and tracking key performance indicators - Assessing and evaluating key drivers of the business with the goal of helping the company improve its performance - Focusing on identifying and driving efficiencies and ensuring they improve the bottom line - Implementing policies, procedures and controls to ensure regulatory compliance and sustainable business growth
