Italiaonline sta cercando un/una **Head of Digital Creativity** da inserire all’interno della Direzione Operations.

**DESCRIZIONE**

Il/la Head of Digital Creativity avrà il compito di guidare il proprio team nello sviluppo della creatività dei servizi di Italiaonline erogati ai clienti, con particolare focus sull’Advertising e sulle attività di Content Copy e Digital Design.

Avrà l’obiettivo di plasmare idee originali e vincenti attraverso un dialogo continuo con i clienti.
Sarà sua responsabilità fornire insight creativi durante tutte le fasi di design e sviluppo dei progetti, dando origine a un concept creativo di alto livello per i clienti, che prenda in considerazione tutti i vari touch point dell’ecosistema digitale.

Al fine di garantire un’esecuzione impeccabile e favorire la crescita professionale del suo team, la persona dovrà mantenersi costantemente aggiornata sui vari prodotti, servizi e sugli ultimi ritrovati della tecnologia in materia di creatività, prodotti e servizi digitali.

**RESPONSABILITA’**

Il/la Head of Digital Creativity si occuperà di:

- Sviluppare la strategia e la creatività delle soluzioni digitali garantendo un elevato livello qualitativo e mantenendo il corretto aggiornamento rispetto all’evoluzione del mercato;
- Comprendere le esigenze dei clienti e sviluppare progetti creativi in linea con la strategia e gli obiettivi di marketing, creando concept unici che rispettino lo schema promozionale e diano forma a un’esperienza visiva innovativa;
- Guidare il proprio team nell’ideazione e sviluppo delle campagne pubblicitarie per i clienti;
- Definire e gestire con il cliente le attività di post-produzione quali grafiche video, motion graphic, integrazione web interattiva, web marketing, ecc;
- Mantenere un costante aggiornamento personale e del team sugli ultimi ritrovati tecnologici inerenti la creatività di prodotti e servizi digitali e i progressi delle tecnologie marketing digitali.;
- Saper gestire e coordinare con successo fornitori e agenti esterni quali fotografi, freelance, web developer, ecc., necessari allo sviluppo dei progetti sui clienti;
- Gestire il team creativo, creando un ambiente di lavoro positivo e stimolante.

**QUALIFICHE**
- Conoscenza approfondita delle varie procedure di produzione, dei software e dei principi di web design (CX/UX/UI).
- Conoscenza operativa di fotografia, tipografia e altre tecniche di stampa.
- Creatività, perspicacia e un approccio unico e innovativo dell’intero processo creativo.
- Leadership e capacità di interazione con tutte le tipologie di clienti.
- Capacità di spronare il team a raggiungere gli obiettivi.
- Capacità di combinare dati e insight strategici con l’output creativo.
