**About Enapter and what we do**:
Enapter is a rapidly-growing energy technology company with offices in Italy, Germany and Thailand. We develop and produce Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolysers that enable low-cost green hydrogen production at any scale.
For our Pisa plant, we're looking for an RSPP - Health & Safety Officer (M/F/d) to join our Health & Safety team.

**What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?**
- Identify and evaluate risk factors, and derive suitable safety measures for the workplace
- Participate in the drafting of the risk assessment document as well as in consultations on health and safety protection
- Develop safety procedures for all company activities
- Inform employees about company risks according to art. 36 of Legislative Decree 81/08
- Propose training and information courses, and train employees
**What do you need to help make our goals a reality?**
- First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it
- Ideally min. 5 years of relevant experience as a certified RSPP
- Experience with ATEX directive and in evaluating and mitigating chemical risk is a must
- Qualification to conduct safety training is a plus
- Fluent in Italian as well as good communication skills in English
