For 30 years _Tofflon Science and Technology Group_ has been dedicated to the production, installation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants and offers its 2800 customers a complete service. To date 200 software copyrights and 2000 patents have been registered in the fields of pharmaceutical engineering and biotechnology industry.

Tofflon Italia was born in 2019 with purpose of assistance and localized technical support to European customers.

To expand the Service Team, Tofflon Italia is looking for a Service Technician with mechanical and electric skills. We offer specific training that will allow you to grow professionally and specialize in complex automated systems such as freeze dryers, isolators, filling lines and CIP tank systems.

**Responsibility**

Your main responsibility will be as below:

- Build positive relationships with customers
- Work directly with customers at their site to perform new installation / commissioning
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to customers
- Field visits/dispatches about troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning
- Calibration/qualification of Tofflon products as per accepted customer order requirement
- Produce timely and detailed service reports, which summarise/get the key point of customer’s new requirement/comments/suggestions on design / manufacturing / service of Tofflon products so as to support Tofflon Shanghai Head Office continuous improvement
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization, provide input on new designs and enhancements to existing products

You will collaborate closely with colleagues and will be supported by the Service Manager.

**Requirements**:
Is essential a good ability to read electrical diagrams and 2D mechanical drawings through the Autodesk Viewer. Is required a good knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) and of the English language, both written and spoken, to be able to consult the technical manuals and to successfully complete the intervention procedures requests.

Knowledge of Any desk is a preferential requirement.

We are looking for people able to align with the needs of the team, to concretely support colleagues, accepting indications and information in a constructive way. Accuracy, reliability and seriousness are highly appreciated qualities.

**Hours**

8:00 - 13:00 / 14:00 - 17:00. From Monday to Friday or, if specified by the customer, from Monday to Saturday.

Depending on the needs, the trips can be daily, weekly or monthly.

A minimum of 180 days of travel per year is required.

**Site**

The office location is in Azzano San Paolo, Bergamo.

**RAL**

A permanent contract is offered. The classification will be commensurate on the basis of the experience of the profile.

Travel allowances are provided according to a specific company policy, while when working in the office, meal vouchers of €8 per working day are provided.

**Salary**: €25.00 - €35.00 per year
