Pomigliano D'Arco, Campania , IT Date Posted: February 20, 2026 The Diagnostic and Safety Calibration Lead ensures the calibration of all the features designed to monitor and control components and systems the vehicle is equipped with, to build a final product that is compliant to emission regulation, safe and reliable to be driven in all conditions. This role can be oriented to the engine and its components/ subsystems as well as electrified portion of the propulsion system. The Calibration Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating engine and electrified powertrain calibration activities, ensuring technical quality, resource planning, and compliance with project timelines. The role involves interfacing with Project Managers and overseeing deliverables according to defined objectives. The main responsibilities related to this

are listed below: -Organize and plan calibration activities, ensuring proper execution of tests and validation of parameters according to project specifications. -Coordinate the calibration team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress and solving issues during execution. -Manage the supply chain of deliverables, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards. -Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to define milestones and resolve issues. -Supervise technical documentation and reporting, ensuring proper archiving and data transparency. -Support the development of methodologies and tools to optimize efficiency and quality of calibration activities. -Participate in test sessions in lab and on-road environments, coordinating logistics and preparation of vehicles and test benches. MAIN ACTIVITIES -Comprehension of the SSTS Sub-System Technical Specifications and deep knowledge of the SW features related to diagnostic sw components. -Support the team manager in building the workload for the activities to be executed to reach the assigned deliverables. -Equipment and instrumentation of the means used for testing based on the experience and on requirements from upstream teams (like Aftertreatment team), best practice and guidelines. -Coordinate and execute the activities with the assigned means and with the potential support of other internal or external resources: capacity to train less experienced people and to delegate activities collecting results. -Participate to project synthesis meetings to understand the calibration evolutions coming from other calibration feature teams and support the calibration evolution for his/her assignments. -Follow up with external team in case of outsourced activities: give inputs, directions and timing, set periodical reviews and collect results. -Supervision and execution of activities on facilities dedicated to testing: vehicle roller bench, climate chamber, virtual testing properties like SIL, HIL etc. Participation to winter, summer & altitude road trips for the calibration development and validation phase. #LI-Hybrid #L1-BG1 EOE/Disability/Veteran Our benefits reflects the STELLANTIS commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
