Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a multinational company, leader in designing and manufacturing of highly-engineered equipment for chemical, oil and gas, and power industries, is looking for a:
**Sales Manager - Aftermarket**
The Sales Manager - Aftermarket will be responsabile for implementing and developing sales objectives and strategies of Service. In particular, he/she will be in charge of:
- Increase market share in existing markets and capture new business development opportunities;
- Building and maintaining organic relationships with customers by regular on-site visits;
- Negotiation with customer of technical and commercial bid;
- Prepare technical and commercial proposal in accordance to customer's requirement;
- Maintain the quality system for Service related fields, control the quality of service and verify the feedback from the customer for customers' satisfaction;
- Build strong customer relationships, develop customer trust, and understand the customer needs;
- Execute and build a strong sales pipeline, customer leads through marketing activities, and order value to achieve set sales objectives;
- Up-dated market information/competitors analysis in each market segments in CRM data cleaning for updated;
- He/She loves to work in a Team and like to work with people around the Europe/World.
**Location**: Milan Area.
