We are looking for an experienced, yet hands-on Head of Legal, reporting to the Global CFO.
The new Head of Legal will be responsible for all the legal aspects of the business, in all the Countries where we operate, including:

- Corporate matters, governance and compliance
- Business and other agreements supervision
- GDPR
- Legal claims
- Insurances

She/he will have a fundamental role in supporting the corporate and business growth plans:

- Helping in improving the main Group risk management and internal control systems and
- Supporting the M&A and extraordinary transactions

In doing so, the Head of Legal will lead an internal team and coordinate the external legal advisors, he/she will be part of the senior management team and will have exposure to the board.

**Requirements**:
**What do we expect from you**:

- Prior experience in a law firm
- Experience in heading the legal department of a mid/large size business, with international exposure
- Fluent in English and Italian

Nice-to-haves - Any other European language
- Experience with a listed company
