**As a Patient Engagement Specialist you will contribute by**:

- Providing patient centered care and facilitating patient access to services in a pleasant, knowledgeable efficient manner, communicating with a diverse population using well-developed interpersonal skills;
- Facilitating the access of patients for medication, monitoring their adherence of therapy providing them information’s about parafarmaceuticals products (by phone, chat);
- Implementing and delivering solutions to the relevant stakeholders (Patients, Pharmacies, Pharmaceutical companies, doctors);
- Managing the activity plan in the own territory accounts in respect of the laws, the ethics and compliance governing the pharma professionals;
- Communicating effectively with team members and patients all aspects of service;
- Building, monitoring and tracking implementation of KPIs. Measuring value and impact;
- Driving excellence usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning and solution development;
- Collecting and sharing insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactively possible solutions to be implemented in the ecosystem;
- Being the contact person for ad hoc projects where required by company needs;
- Reporting and Managing Individual Case Safety and Product Quality Compliant.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical chemistry and technology, pharmacy, chemistry, industrial chemistry, biological sciences, medicine and surgery, veterinary medicine;
- Licensed to practice and registered to practice.
- You have carried out practical work concerning qualitative analysis of medicines, quantitative analysis of active substances, tests and verifications necessary to ensure the quality of medicines, for a period of at least two years in companies authorized to produce medicines;
- Experience in pharmacovigilance management is welcome;
- You are a dynamic person with strong value commitment and a strong team player with excellent communication skills, sales ability and negotiating skills;
- Capacity to identify and analyze medical, scientific and therapeutic area opportunities and problems, and make proposals for appropriate improvements;
- You are able to create awareness of patient journeys;
- You are able to understand the health ecosystem and how it changes over time, and use that to inform access strategy and planning;
- You are able to understand the implications of new issues and trends on the stakeholder’s business, leading to a deeper understanding of the stakeholder’s business and strategy;
- You are able to identify networking opportunities to enhance the value offering to patients and translating customer needs into effective and effortless solutions;
- You are a problem solver;
- You demonstrate ability to perform at a high level even under strenuous circumstances;
- Organization, flexibility, multitasking e ability to act independently and to take initiative;
- Interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment and be able to prioritize;
- Italian native level and English B2 level, reading, speaking, writing and understanding. Any additional languages would be beneficial.
