**Responsabile / Site Manager - Settore Food**
Il Site Manager rappresenta il presidio operativo di Sodexo presso il sito cliente, dove gestisce le attività di erogazione dei servizi, la gestione del budget, assicurando il rispetto degli accordi contrattuali, la soddisfazione del cliente e i risultati economici.
**Attività principali**:
- assicurare il rispetto del budget assegnato
- effettuare previsioni e controlli su costi e consumi
- gestione del personale della struttura (circa 40 risorse)
- organizzazione e gestione dei piani di lavoro e ripartizione dei compiti
- supervisione del corretto funzionamento delle attrezzature tecniche a disposizione
**REQUISITI**:
- **Preferibile esperienza in ambito ristorazione collettiva scolastica**:
- Conoscenza e uso dei principali strumenti informatici (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
