**About the Company**: per importante realtà in ambito fornitura luce e gas, i nostri Recruitment Engineer ricercano un **Program Manager**.

***Core Responsibilities**:
La figura, all’interno dell’Area ICT e Operations, sarà responsabile della delivery progettuale, al fine di garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali, nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e dei tempi condivisi con la Direzione. Nel dettaglio, si occuperà di:

- Gestire i programmi di maggior complessità supportando il Responsabile ICT, nell’organizzazione delle risorse IT coinvolte nel progetto lungo tutto il processo di delivery IT
- Gestire la relazione con i principali responsabili di business per garantire una comunicazione trasparente ed efficace durante tutta la delivery dei programmi
- Supportare la creazione dei Business Case e monitorare i costi, le tempistiche
- Valutare i rischi per il successo dei programmi e l'aderenza all'ambito di applicazione dei programmi dell’area, intervenendo quando questi si discostano dalle tolleranze concordate
- Verificare l’integrazione di eventuali servizi aggiuntivi nell'attuale mappa applicativa

**Requisiti**:
**Must Have**:

- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di almeno 3-5 anni
- Ottima conoscenza delle tematiche e di strumenti di Project e Program Management
- Comprovata esperienza di gestione progetti complessi in ambito ICT
- Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o Informatica

**Nice To Have**:

- Ottima capacità organizzativa e di gestione del tempo
- Proattività nell’identificare e risolvere i problemi
- Conoscenza dell'ambito Utilities
