**EMEA IT Governance Analyst Intern**
**JOB PURPOSE**
In this role you will work closely with our EMEA IT Team, gaining hands-on experience in IT Cost Control and Project Management Office (PMO) activities. This opportunity offers valuable exposure to various aspects of IT Governance in a dynamic and innovative environment.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Assist in tracking and analysing IT Budget, participate in cost forecasting and variance analysis activities;
- Assist in reviewing vendor invoices and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with negotiated terms;
- Prepare regular financial reports to provide insights into expenditures and trends;
- Collaborate with all EMEA IT teams to support the monitoring of initiative milestones and budget;
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES**
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics or related field
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Economic skills
- Self-starter, good interpersonal skills, and predisposition to work in a team, accuracy, and proactivity attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, synthesis and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
Retribuzione: €800,00 al mese
