Join our experienced team at the Verona office as an After Sales Service & Support Agent. You will be a crucial member of our customer service team, where you will be responsible for providing top-notch after sales service and technical support to our customers.

Your daily tasks will include:

- Offering expert technical support and finding the best solutions for our customers using your extensive knowledge of VELUX products (training provided)
- Assisting field technicians and providing service requests as needed
- A technical diploma or engineering degree
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive and autonomous approach
- Proficiency in IT tools, such as Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
- Good English skills (both written and spoken)
