**Your daily adventures will include**:

- Expanding Stepler's presence and services across Italy
- Taking ownership of all aspects of the company's investment and growth in Italy
- Establish and develop strategic partnerships for company growth and improvement of sales
- Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level relevant to the business.
- Advising and closely collaborating with Management and HQ teams to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
- Present reports regarding budgets, sales development, new business leads, and regulatory compliance
- A central role in building and developing the local Stepler team

**To thrive at Stepler, you should**:

- Be a self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach.
- Have 4+ years of experience in the fields of operations/general management
- Have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, or a similar field
- Be comfortable with developing business frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.
- Have excellent and proven leadership skills
- Like to have fun at work and spread positive vibes to your surroundings
