Junior PMO

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team as** Junior PMO**, reporting directly to our Manager and manage the day-to-day activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will be based in our office in **Turin**, with a hybrid way of working.

**What will you do?**
- Manage the assigned budget in terms of cost control and schedule deadlines;
- Prepare monitoring reports and documentation to support project management;
- Manage project team communication and collaboration;
- Support the business in defining project requirements and analysing technical and functional requirements, monitoring their execution;
- Ensuring the achievement of objectives and keeping projects on schedule;

**Whom are we looking for?**
- Master's degree in Management Engineering/Economics;
- Previous experience in the role of junior PMO (1 year)
- Good knowledge of the Office package, thorough knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluency in **Italian** is a must;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken **English**;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Passion for the world of technology and innovation.

Nice to have:

- Project Management/Agile certifications;
- Good knowledge of French and German language.
