- Responsible for all RE activities in the region, working with the RE Functional Heads to customise and align global concepts, strategies, governance and operational services to suit regional business needs. Share responsibilities as part of the GEA Real Estate Team.**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- Implementation of regional strategy to improve efficiency and quality of the portfolio (freehold and leasehold transaction, footprint and cost efficiency projects, negotiations, etc)
- Implementation of tactical solution to face with short-term actions
- Supporting the Company to achieve Sustainability targets with Real Estate technical solutions
- Preparation of real estate scenarios analysis to be reported to executive levels
- Achievement of the targets and KPIs
- Management of the regular lease administration activities
- Update and report data and metrics to the organization

**Your profile and qualifications**:
Qualifications - Degree level educational in architecture or engineering or professional qualification
- e.g. Business Degree / MBA / FRCIS / MRICS.

Experience - Have worked for 5+ years in Real Estate business better in a global or Regional role for a global or multi Regional organisation.

Skills - Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and presentation are key.
Will be competent working within a senior team and with GEA internal stakeholders and business leaders and will have proven team and collaboration skills with an ability to demonstrate leadership and influence.
Financial and commercial experience is required with the ability to develop and understand business cases, financial options and impacts, budgeting and management accounts relating to Real Estate costs and investments.

Must be confident using usual business (e.g. Microsoft) and financial software and will have experience of leading RE Technology and data management tools.

AutoCAD is considered a plus.

Remote work is possible.
