We are looking for a new team member to join our Lithuanian team as a Container Administration Officer.
Description
In this role you are responsible of high quality, accurate data entry and maintenance. You will need good problem-solving skills as you would be investigating and finding solutions for our process issues and improving equipment tracking quality. If you have a high orientation to detail and are eager to learn, you don’t have to be an expert yet, as you will be supported by a professional team and your line manager.
Work tasks include
Follow-up of container fleet
Communication with stakeholders and customers about container availability
Container cleaning and repair claims and recoveries
Full idle process of containers
Container sales
**Requirements**:
You are detail oriented and like routine work surrounding data and data accuracy.
You communicate fluently with stakeholders and colleagues in good Lithuanian and English
You are fluent with MS Office, especially Excel, and will be able to adopt new information systems and you are handy with IT
Background in business, shipping or logistics is an advantage
