We are looking for a Lawyer to join the Legal Support Department of Kruk Italia based in Milan.
**Lawyer**:
**Objective of the position**:
The resource will provide legal advice to all Italian legal entities. He/she has to protect the rights and interests of these companies by informing about the risks of a legal nature and by diminishing them, in order to permit the companies to conduct business in accordance with the law. He/she will cooperate on daily basis with all company departments on different topics. He/she will be involved in strategic projects also by supporting KRUK SA.
**Tasks performed in the position**:
Elaborating, drafting, negotiating, approving contracts or other legal documents signed by the companies with third parties, always ensuring compliance with law, with specific focus on purchase agreements of receivables (both for retail and corporate business lines)
Analyzing and approving templates of internal documents, regulations and procedures
Providing advice in any legal issue that involves the companies, also by drafting legal opinions
Drafting corporate decisions issued by the administrative body of the companies
Permanently monitoring legislation with constant update about legislative changes impacting the business to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the law
Involvement in trainings on legal matters
Being responsible for archiving the legal documents of companies
Carrying out activities in the Flow of Contracts and Powers of Attorney Process inside EOD system
**Requirements**:
Master’s degree in law
English (B1/B2) legal documents and several meetings could be in English;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Precision and focus on details;
**Pragmatic approach**: he/she knows how to balance company business interests and compliance with law;
Ability to work under time pressure and flexibility;
Previous similar experience in a multinational company would be a plus;
Previous experience in drafting legal opinions and documents would be a plus.
