A., a leading global company in the tourism industry, is looking for a Junior CMS Operator with a passion for technology to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to the seamless integration of multimedia content into our audio guides.
What You'll Do
:
- Content Uploading: Manage the upload and organization of multimedia content (text, images, audio) developed by other departments using our CMS software.
- Multimedia Editing: Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software to optimize visual and audio content.
- Quality Control: Ensure all uploaded content is accurate, complete, and free of errors.
- Digital Platform Support: Collaborate in managing and publishing content on digital platforms, including YouTube.
- Process Improvement: Follow established procedures and contribute suggestions to enhance operational efficiency. What We're Looking For:
- Technical Skills: Practical experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software. Experience with Jira is a strong plus.
- Computer Savvy: You are highly familiar with computers, quick to learn new software, and have excellent intuition for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Creativity: A creative mindset to enhance and improve content presentation.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks.
- Team Player: Positive and collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are a plus.
- Work Authorization: Legal eligibility to work in Italy. Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in graphics or technology is a plus).
- Familiarity with AI tools or CMS platforms.
