About the Position:
As our business is rapidly expanding, we're looking for a Technical Permitting to join our Project
Development team full-time.
Your responsibilities and duties will include:
- Analysis of the environmental and territorial constraints of the sites identified for the location of PV plants
- Analysis of territorial planning tools at Regional, Provincial and Municipal level
- Support the design activity and in the authorization processes
- Support in the preparation of documents relating to the presentation of the progress of the work
- Support in preparing administrative documentation (requests, declarations, forms, etc.) necessary in the authorization process.
- Review Technical DD Reports to verify compliance and extrapolate relevant information
This is a new and growing department, offering the opportunity for the team to implement their thoughts and ideas, grow professionally and take on responsibility.
You will work alongside the team of Permitting, providing support during all phases of Project Development.
About your qualifications and experiences:
Ability to read and analyze urban and territorial planning tools
Knowledge of the reference standard of the sector in the energy and environmental field
Competent knowledge of Excel and good capability to learn software tools.
Adapting within a multi-tasking environment.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Nice have
- Knowledge and mastery of the GIS package or other cartographic management and spatial analysis programs are preferred.
- Knowledge and use of AutoCAD
