**Overview**:
**About the role**
You will monitor performances and course correct when needed, communicating plans with relevant stakeholders and will manage product changes related to own managed portfolio of SKUs. You will continuously aspire to minimize supply chain loss and will share inherent risks and corrective actions. You will also coordinate and lead cross functional initiatives to improve supply chain processes and improve planning team capabilities.

**About the Team/Department**
Reporting to the Manager or the Associate Manager Supply Planning, as Senior analyst Supply Planning you will be part of EMEA Supply Planning team, responsible for the finished goods inventory management activities within the region.
Through close collaboration with key supply chain functions (including Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service and Manufacturing sites), you will manage the replenishment plans from production sources and inventory levels of the distribution centers under your responsibility.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage portfolio with high level of complexity (planning wheel routine/long supply chain Leadtime/ high level of regulatory changes and/or market dynamics)
- Define actions plans to optimize the different inventory locations
- Provide appropriate inventory analysis and reports (ERP, reporting tools)
- Monitor the ERP - adjust allocation to markets when required based on regional guidelines
- Coordinate and lead cross functional initiatives to improve supply chain processes and improve planning team capabilities.
**Experience you’ll bring**:
- Experienced supply chain professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience ideally in Planning
- Previous experience with project management/initiative lead/coordinator will be considered a competitive advantage
- Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English. An additional European language, as well as fluent Italian will be considered a plus
