For our stunning new resort in **Lazise **located on Garda Lake, one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate **Resort Manager** with solid background in the hospitality field with special focus on F&B and SPA services. **What we offer**: - Support in reconciling work and family life - Europe-wide employee app "LEAPP" - Discounts on accommodation and in the restaurants of the Fattal Hotel Group - Training and development programmes at our Leonardo Academy - Team events **Your Profile**: - **BE YOURSELF** - Be authentic and yourself - Degree and/or diploma in Hotel Management or other related fields - Minimum of 5 years operational management experience - Solid background in international hospitality companies with particular focus on F&B and Wellness/SPA departments - Revenue management skills with experience of budgets, P&L and forecasting - Entrepreneurial skills - Reliable, organized and pro-active with strong communication skills - Fluent in English and Italian. Knowledge of German would be a plus **Your Main Duties**: - Ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, that all areas of the business are managed and the guest service experience is delivered to the highest levels - Looking for new sources of profitability - Inspiring and motivating the team to achieve operational excellence delivering the company vision - Financial acumen, formulating budgets and preparing monthly revenue/expense forecasts - Ensuring the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests - Meeting with managers of facilities such as restaurants and SPA to discuss business operations - Supervising maintenance, suppliers, renovations and furnishings - Ensuring security is effective - Building and maintaining effective working relationships with all key stakeholders and business partners - Carrying out inspections of property and services with consistency - Promoting and marketing the business **Your Contact Person**: **Sabrina Ligi** HR Manager Leonardo Hotels Italy & Hungary T: +39 02 31817 0 Leonardo Hotels Italy & Hungary Via Messina, 10 20154 Milano
