The Marketing and Communication team is looking for a CRM Data Entry Officer - Internship in our Monza site.

(Internship contract)
- OVERALL JOB GOAL_
- The CRM Data Entry Officer support the Commercial Excellence Manager for ensuring the data held within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Microsoft Dynamics, is complete and accurate. The CRM Data Entry Officer will assist with updating existing donor and client information as well as entering new records._
- The CRM Data Entry Officer will work alongside the Commercial Excellence team to ensure all new data fields are populated as required. Additionally, the CRM Data Entry Officer will ensure any customizations to the CRM are updated in the training and instructional materials as required._
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_
- The person will support the team for entering the input of information into the CRM system:_
- _ Data input of new contacts & leads_
- _ Data cleaning_
- _ Preparing reports from the CRM_
- _ Assist with the customization of the CRM system as appropriate to match varying needs of teams and produce reports to analyze data_
- COMPETENCIES_
- _ Good computer, administrative and data entry skills with attention to detail_
- _ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive information_
- _ Good level of written and verbal communication skills_
- _ Good time management and organizational skills_
- _ Confident, proactive, flexible approach_
- _ Experience with database data entry, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, will be a plus_
