**GENIUS PRODUCT EXPERT**
Il/La Product Genius verrà inserito/a all’interno del nuovo punto vendita Toyota sito a Ravenna c/o Centro Commerciale ESP ed entrerà a far parte di un progetto innovativo, interamente dedicato al mondo Toyota.
Si occuperà, a seguito di un percorso di affiancamento, di accogliere i clienti ed accompagnarli durante il percorso di vendita, assicurando una completa e soddisfacente customer experience, fornendo all’attività un taglio professionale e di qualità:
- dall’analisi delle esigenze del Cliente
- al test-drive
- consegna
- assistenza post-vendita.
**Requisiti**:
- orientamento al cliente
- forte passione per le auto e per il settore automotive;
- ottime doti relazionali e di comunicazione;
- buon utilizzo di sistemi informatici;
- Disponibilità a lavorare con turni che prevedono anche i giorni festivi e domenicali, con riposo compensativo a scalare.
