**About the role**:
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Gestirai l'emissione ordini all’interno del sistema ERP (SAP) per la produzione
- Raccoglierai i documenti fornitori necessari alla Creazione Vendor su SAP
- Seguirai l'Avanzamento workflow e master data
- Interagirai con Warehouse & Logistics Team per la creazione delle picking lists e l’invio dei materiali (Out-bound delivery);
- Interagirai con fornitori esterni per la conferma dell’avvio delle operazioni logistiche (In-Bound Delivery)
- Monitorerai le giacenze materiali e interagirai con Purchasing Specialist per il reintegro degli stessi
- Supporterai l'attività di inserimento Prezzi a sistema
- Ti rapporterai direttamente con i fornitori per eventuali solleciti

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Laurea (o Laureand*) Triennale in Discipline Scientifiche/Economiche è un plus
- Conoscenza base della Lingua Inglese (A2+)
- Conosce base di Excel
- Gradita precedente breve esperienza lavorativa in ambiti logistici/produttivi in attività amministrative
- Proattività e capacità di relazionarsi efficacemente con interlocutori interni ed esterni all’azienda
- Problem solving, attitudine per la gestione di priorità
