OBIETTIVO DELL’ATTIVITÀ:

- Organizzare e coordinare le attività escursionistiche, di servizi a terra e di accoglienza dei

passeggeri delle navi da crociera clienti dell’agenzia in diretto rapporto con il Manager
- Coordinamento con l’amministrazione per chiusure e fatture (passive e attive)

COMPITI E RESPONSABILITÀ NELL’AMBITO DEI PROCESSI AZIENDALI:

- Cura i rapporti con i fornitori locali (riconferma di prenotazioni, autobus, guide, etc.) in

collaborazione con lo Shorex Manager
- Coordina il lavoro shorex per garantire l’assistenza personalizzata ai passeggeri e ai gruppi
- Fornisce istruzioni alle guide locali prima dell'escursione (briefing)
- Coordina tutte le escursioni e il rapporto con lo staff delle navi.
- Coordina la richiesta di numeri preliminari e finali sia con la nave che con i fornitori.
- Si assicura che gli ospiti ricevano un'assistenza efficiente e cortese per tutti i tour.
- Visita i siti per accertare la qualità e l'idoneità
- Collabora in collegamento con operatori di pullman, guide, accompagnatori, siti, musei, albergatori, ristoranti, rappresentanti di resort e tutti i fornitori necessari
- Concorda livelli di servizio insieme allo Shorex Manager
- Elabora le chiusure degli scali e di tutti i servizi offerti in diretto rapporto con la contabilità
- Raccoglie, valuta e risponde ai feedback dei clienti
- Segue le operazioni dei tour come back office informando lo shorex Manager della nave

continuamente riguardo il proseguo e gradimento dei passeggeri.
- Gestisce eventuali problemi di viaggio, reclami o rimborsi

Contratto di lavoro: Apprendistato

Retribuzione: €22.000,00 - €23.000,00 all'anno

- Patente B (Obbligatorio)

Disponibilità a viaggiare:
