Civitanavi Systems S.p.A. is a listed company on Euronext Milan, it is controlled by Civitanavi Systems Ltd (holding) which unites an international pool of strategic investors. **Job Summary** Quality and Safety are fundamental aspects in Civitanavi Systems' production processes. For this reason, we are looking for a System Quality Control to support the Quality Manager in managing the Quality System, ensuring that the high quality standards that characterize Civitanavi Systems are maintained. **Responsibilities and Duties** System Quality Control carries out the following activities: - First Part System auditing activities (internal audits) - Second Part System auditing activities (audits to qualified third party suppliers) - System NC/AC management (issuance, formalization, followup and closure) - Vendor performance monitoring (Vendor Rating, e.g., on-time/on-quality) and related actions - Internal 9100 training activities and assistance to Process Owners for process compliance against 9100 - Support to QM for management of QMS Documented Information (drafting, updating, etc.). - Management of Continuous Improvement activities. **Qualifications and Skills** The qualifications and skills necessary for carrying out the work activities of System Quality Control, are related to the following areas of knowledge and competence: - Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering, alternatively Higher Diploma in technical field and appropriate supplementary preparatory training, to be verified by CV (successful completion of approved courses for the aerospace industry, such as: EN9100 management systems, conducting audits with reference to ISO 19011, EN9100 Aerospace Auditor Transition Training "AATT", etc., is an asset). - Minimum experience in similar task for 2 years (professional experience with similar task in Aerospace & Defence organizations is preferred). - Alternatively: Work experience and audit experience in reference to ISO 19011 standard minimum for 1 year, with minimum on the job training shadowing with internal senior officer of 9 months - Digital skills: knowledge of "office automation" packages. - Use of SW tools: PLM ENOVIA - Analytical, processing, technical/operational documentation writing skills. - English language proficiency. **Benefits and Perks** - Free lunch meal - Coffee bar - Additional health insurance Xt3zlH0ltC
