**Company Description**
We are seeking a proactive, dedicated and detail oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team, based in San Marino. This role will report directly in to the Finance Director.

This is an exciting time to join our Business as we embark on ambitious growth plans, meaning you would play an integral part in executing this plan.

**Job Description** The duties of this role will include, but are not limited to**:

- Manage the end to end transaction processing function and team
- Lead initiatives for process improvements within the finance department
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
- Take ownership of the year end statutory audit
- Supervise a team of finance professionals
- Oversee core finance processes, such as accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and support the month-end close and production of management accounts
- Review and approve monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany

**Qualifications** We’re looking for**:

- Strong proficiency in English written and language skills
- Ideally qualified (or working towards) a recognised accounting qualification e.g. ACCA or CIMA
- Previously working experience in people management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with accounts payable processes and systems
- Pro-active with good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
- The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts at all levels
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting practices
- Hands on attitude
