Assists in gathering insights on customers and market needs for regional and global teams.
- Supports understanding of regional business strategy, local market trends, competitive insights, personas, and buyer experiences, aiding the team in planning and budgeting.
- Contributes to local-level planning and interlock: brand activation, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, message development, and marketing mix (5%).
- Supports alignment of tactical plans to business goals (5%).
- Assists in executing demand generation program tactics: inbound and outbound marketing, strategic communication, content production, agency management, project management, social marketing, SEO/SEM, event marketing, MAP/CRM programs, and more (65%).
- Contributes to budgeting, measurement, analytics, and reporting to ensure visibility of business impacts resulting from team activity.
- Supports opportunities for growth and cost/ROI improvements.
- Assists in managing actuals versus budget and KPIs, allocating budgets by program/campaign.
- Executes based on insights to support pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall return on investment (10%).
- Supports sales objectives through effective communication that relies on cultural and operating norms.

We are looking for a passionate marketing student with the following qualifications:

- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or various communication tools;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global multicultural context;
- Team Player;
- Basic analytical mindset.
