**Position Summary**:
The Systems Engineering & Stakeholder requirements lead Engineer is responsible to lead, manage and control the customer system requirements of the assigned project and stakeholder technical specifitations

**Main Responsibilities**:
The System Engineering & Stakeholder requirements Lead Engineer is responsible to manage customer requirements and release sub-components technical specifications to be shared with stakeholders.

Documentation shall be sorted and correctly addressed to the assigned product engineer and designer.

**Job Requirements**:
Education: University Master Degree Vehicle \ Mechanical \ Mechatronics or Aeronautical engineering

Professional background**:Min 2 years of experience in similar role in automotive or aeronautic companies. Experience in Electric Drive Units or Transmission design and development.

Hard skills:
Essential: Have clear understanding of the technical specifications, both mechanical and electric/electronics, to ensure engineering designs and deliverables comply with the product requirements.
- Knowledge of automotive product development processes.
- Knowledge of Polarion software.
- Base knowledge of electric drive units.
- Fluent in English.

Plus: Jira software knowledge; Agile software knowledge

Soft skills:
Structured and analytical approach, good communication skills, self-development aptitude, decision making ability.
