Pianificare la produzione in accordo agli ordini dei clienti;
- Redigere, in concerto con i reparti produttivi, lo scheduling settimanale in modo da ottimizzare l’utilizzo della capacità produttiva;
- Monitorare l’avanzamento degli ordini di produzione;
- Garantire il rispetto delle spedizioni concordate e comunicare ai reparti interessati eventuali ritardi;
- Gestire gli arrivi dei materiali di produzione in accordo con la schedulazione
- Preparare il piano congelato del mese successivo
- Analizzare e gestire le metriche relative alla capacità e alla schedule adherence;
- Analizzare e gestire le metriche relative alla linearità delle spedizioni;
- Supportare i lanci e la pianificazione dei trial di nuovi prodotti;
- Supportare l’analisi dei dati a sostegno della riduzione di inventario, Demand Planning, processo S&OP
- Supportare l’analisi delle metriche di S&OP
- Supportare l’analisi delle metriche di inventario
- Supportare le riunioni settimanali
- Facilitare la preparazione del S&OP
- Gestire i dati di prodotto (inclusi inserimento dati, creazione di distinte base, ecc)
- Analizzare work orders e scrap usage
