Role title / Organization Affiliations: Sr. Director - Power Solutions / GBU

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct Responsible Individuals (DRI) in GBU for driving power revenue growth
- Enable the global FAE community to identify and win more power businesses through tailored power solutions
- Partner with field-sales organization to develop customer engagement and power-solution-focused go-to-market strategy
- Foster constructive collaboration between all power BUs and field sales organizations to win new business using innovative business models and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead and expand the global power design services team as a key pillar in executing the power solutions strategy
- Solidify design services business model and promote services to customer-facing teams
- Establish a process to promote solutions beyond lead customer engagements using physical and digital go-to-market strategies
- Develop and expand regional design services strategy incl. rapid prototyping team, design services engagement, and business model

**Skills**:

- 10+ years of experience in power semiconductors and various technical and business roles.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset combined with a high sense of urgency and hate to lose mentality
- Collaborative mindset with an ability to work across organizations and navigate conflicts of interest
- Proven track record in leading cross-organization teams with and without authority, across the globe
- Passion for mentoring growing and developing teams
- Strong technical communication skills (i.e., writing, presentations, team calls)
