Work Experience Srl, Agenzia di servizi per il lavoro, cerca per società cliente un/a Control Room Operator.

La risorsa, affiancata al tutor, si occuperà prevalentemente di:

- Control Room operator e call center tecnico;
- Supporto nella gestione logística del servizio di telemonitoraggio;
- Collaborazione nella presentazione ai prospective clients;
- Gestione del rapporto con i clienti;
- Attività di ricerca di mercato e supporto con la direzione per lo sviluppo di nuovi servizi e prodotti.
- Laurea triennale in discipline scientifiche;
- Ottima conoscenza della Microsoft Suite;
- Buona conoscenza del Software CRM;
- Buone capacità informatiche e passione per la tecnologia.

L'inserimento iniziale sarà attraverso un tirocinio extracurriculare nell'ambito del programma Garanzia Giovani (indennità mensile come da DGR 533/2017) con la prospettiva di un inquadramento stabile al termine di sei mesi.
