**Job Title**:Junior Finance Admin (M/F/d)

**Your Responsibilities.**:

- Accounting for Brooks Automation Italy Srl
- Liase with the contract accountant
- Prepare monthly reports and reconcile accounts
- Support Forecast process with costs and timing for human resources and monitoring
- Answer queries on financial accounting and provide insight and clarity on matters of accounting complexity
- Interact with Senior Management and EU Finance Controller
- Assist with the implementation of projects
- Support in supplies contracting
- Ensure compliance in controls in the Finance department and across the business
- Provide a clear audit trail of movements between accounts
- Answer queries satisfactorily and in a timely manner raised by the external auditors and EU accounting head
- Budget monitoring, also for specific projects, in particular public funded ones
- Liase with contract HR for administrative tasks
- Responsible for documentation and archiving to fulfill legal and tax requirements

**Your Experience and Qualifications.**:

- Experienced in drawing up all accounts for an entire company
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience in ERP systems
- Experience in implementing a new enterprise resource planning system
- Experience in reporting under Italian fiscal rules
- Experience in integrating processes
- Proficient excel knowledge
- Language skills in English are required
- May require some travel around Europe and to USA
