Wyser is the international company of Gi Group that deals with head hunting and recruiting of middle and senior specialized management. We are part of Gi Group, one of the main international reality focused on services about development of job market. For our client, a multinational company leader in packaging solutions, we are searching for a: **PLANT OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE MANAGER.** He\she will be responsible for driving Transformational Processes through the diligent use of Operational Excellence Tools and Methodologies. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage Special Projects and its associated processes that will lead to Operations Process Improvements and Optimization - Support the analysis and make reports on the adoption to the new ways of working - Driving Transformational Processes through the diligent use of Operational Excellence Tools and Methodologies - Implement a continuous improvement culture in the plant using Lean Six Sigma tools (e.g. Kaizen, Project Planning, FMEA, DMAIC) - Optimize activities based on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) machine efficiency, material waste improvement and automation - Develop implementation plans for the key projects - Effective management of Problem-Solving situations; able to define "Problem Statement", engage, motivate and improve Operations across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and supporting functions. - Use and manage Training and Coaching initiative in order to successfully deploy Operational Excellence Model - Ensure and provide regular meetings with the plant management team. **Qualifications & Experience Required**: - Degree in Engineering or equivalent title - At least 3 years of experience in Operational Excellence roles - Experience in Metal Stamping processes is preferred - Lean Manufacturing\ Green Belt or Black Belt Certification is preferred - Fluent in English both written and spoken - Ability to understand and explain business metrics and performance variance - Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization - Comfortable and capable of interacting effectively with Senior Leadership - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Advanced Problem Solving and Negotiation skills Site of Work: Reggio Emilia
