**About the Company**:.for an e-commerce integration platform provider, our Recruitment Engineer are looking for a **CTO**.

**Core Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a visionary leader who can guide the technological development, manage technology resources, and make decisions that will impact the entire company. As CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping technological future, setting the company's strategic technological direction, and ensuring that the technology strategy aligns with the company's business goals.
- Develop the company’s strategy for using technological resources.
- Ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely.
- Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure.
- Direct and organize IT-related projects.
- Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage.
- Analyze the costs, value, and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align IT systems with business goals.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of new features.

**Requisiti**:
**Must Have**:

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technology company.
- Strong knowledge and experience in MongoDB, Node.js, Vue.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience in managing and implementing AI projects.
- Understanding of e-commerce business models and related technologies.
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research to guide strategic direction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an IT department or organization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities with experience in agile project management.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities for technological innovation.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a focus on developing practical, efficient solutions.
- Experience in managing and overseeing technology budgets and time-frames.

**Nice to have**:

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.
