**Descrizione attività**:
La risorsa si occuperà di gestire in termini temporali e di efficienza tutti gli aspetti relativi all’esecuzione dei progetti in accordo con il contratto stipulato col cliente. La figura risponderà direttamente al Project Delivery Manager e sarà posizionata all’interno del dipartimento Project Delivery Milano.

Si offre un contratto full time e a tempo indeterminato.

La retribuzione sarà commisurata alle effettive competenze ed esperienze.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Supervisione e gestione del planning del progetto;
- Assicurare un’interfaccia di alto livello con il cliente, soddisfacendo le sue aspettative in termini temporali, quantitativi e qualitativi, risolvendo in maniera autonoma eventuali problemi che possono insorgere;
- Controllare e raggiunge il profitto target dell’attività;
- Assicurare che vengano soddisfatti i requisiti del contratto garantendo al cliente la qualità del servizio, garantendo un continuo e preciso monitoraggio delle attività svolte dalle risorse tecniche.

**Competenze richieste**:

- Esperienza significativa nel ruolo e dimestichezza con metodologie e tools di Project Management;
- Provenienza preferibilmente da società di gestione documentale o da società che producono Document Mgmt SW o di sviluppo applicativo;
- Capacità di capacità di padroneggiare linguaggi software, sistemi operativi, database, applicativi e ambienti di sviluppo;
- Capacità di relazionarsi a tutti i livelli, problem solving, orientamento agli obiettivi e al cliente, flessibilità;
- Attitudine e capacità di gestire un team di lavoro con predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Orientamento al cliente e capacità di lavorare in team;
- Proattività, propensione all’aggiornamento continuo ed interesse per le nuove tendenze nelle tecnologie;
- Buona dialettica e particolare attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali;
- Capacità di organizzare autonomamente il proprio lavoro, puntando al raggiungimento del risultato;
- Problem solving, dinamismo e proattività.

**Formazione**:
Laurea técnica, gradita certificazione PMI

**Lingue straniere**:
Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
