- Aufgaben- Warehouse Operations Monitoring
- Monitor daily warehouse operations including in & outbound logistics, location utilizations, and SAP-based system optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements in current warehouse considering the flow, human traffic and safety
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and corporate standards across warehouse activities

Logistics and Warehouse Operations Project Management
- Execute warehouse-related projects (e.g., automation, system upgrades, layout optimization)
- Collaborate with global HQs and external logistics partners to ensure project alignment
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and develop actionable project plans
- Support change management, training, and system integration related to new processes or technologies

KPI Monitoring and Analysis
- Monitor and create KPI report to evaluate 3PL warehouse performance and overall operational efficiency
- Report operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, space efficiency and turnaround time
- Identify trends and performance gaps through data analysis and propose improvement actions

Health & Work Safety
- Ensure compliance with corporate and legal health & safety regulations across all warehouse operations and parts operations team
- Identify potential safety risks and implement preventive measures in collaboration with service providers
- Participate in regular safety meetings and support corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment

창고 운영 모니터링 (Warehouse Operations Monitoring)
- 부품 입-출고 물류, 위치 활용, SAP 기반 시스템 최적화를 포함한 일일 창고 운영 모니터링
- 물류 흐름, 인원 동선, 안전을 고려한 현재 창고 프로세스 개선 사항 식별 및 실행
- 창고 활동 전반에서 안전, 품질 및 기업 표준 준수

물류 및 창고 운영 프로젝트 관리 (Logistics and Warehouse Operations Project Management)
- 창고 관련 프로젝트 수행 (예: 자동화, 시스템 업그레이드, 레이아웃 최적화)
- 글로벌 본사 및 외부 물류 파트너와 협력하여 프로젝트 목표 및 방향 정렬
- 운영 데이터 분석을 통한 개선 기회 발굴 및 실행 가능한 프로젝트 계획 수립
- 신규 프로세스-기술 도입 시 변화 관리, 교육 및 시스템 통합 지원

KPI 모니터링 및 분석 (KPI Monitoring and Analysis)
- 3PL 창고 성과 및 전체 운영 효율성을 평가하기 위한 KPI 보고서 모니터링 및 작성
- 재고 정확성, 공간 효율성, 처리 시간 등 핵심 운영 KPI 보고
- 데이터 분석을 통해 트렌드 및 성과 격차를 식별하고 개선 조치 제안

보건 및 작업 안전 (Health & Work Safety)
- 모든 창고 운영 및 부품 운영팀에서 기업 및 법적 보건-안전 규정 준수 보장
- 서비스 제공업체와 협력하여 잠재적 안전 위험 식별 및 예방 조치 시행
- 정기 안전 회의 참여 및 안전한 작업 환경 유지를 위한 시정 조치 지원
- Qualifikationen- Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in automotive engineering or supply chain & logistics

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of business experience with at least 3 years experience at parts logistics operations
- Past experiences should include at least one of the following areas:

- Automotive parts operations
- Warehouse management
- International logistics process management

Specific Knowledge
- Knowledge on automotive parts logistics and its business environment
- Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Business-level English proficiency
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and KPI reporting is preferred

경력 (Experience)
- 최소 5년 이상의 업무 경험, 그 중 3년 이상은 부품 물류 운영 관련 경력
- 다음 영역 중 최소 한 가지 이상 경험 보유:

- 자동차 부품 운영
- 창고 관리
- 국제 물류 프로세스 관리

세부 지식 (Specific Knowledge)
- 자동차 부품 물류 및 관련 비즈니스 환경에 대한 이해
- WMS 및 ERP 시스템 (특히 SAP) 활용 능력
- Excel 및 PowerPoint 활용 능력
- 비즈니스 수준의 영어 능력
- Power BI를 활용한 데이터 시각화 및 KPI 보고 능력
