External Sales Supporter

**JOB TITLE: External Sales Supporter (Marine)**
**REPORTS TO: MARINE SALES MANAGER**
**DIRECT REPORTS: NONE**

**PURPOSE OF JOB**:
The External Sales Supporter is responsible for managing and developing Sales through account management on Domestic Market with an option to be involved with international clients as well. Assumes responsibilities on old and new customer relationships and service.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**SALES**:

- Execute/Implement the sales and marketing plans for marine business on domestic market;
- Manage approved strategies to accomplish sales growth and profitability goals for each product category.
- Effectively collaborate with CMP colleagues as well as with sales agents and other business partners.
- Actively contribute to increase customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
**MARKETING**:

- Attend all required trade shows and actively assist in the setup of those shows.
- Provide direction to the marketing department on their efforts to promote new products through various promotional channels.
**ADMINISTRATION**:

- Support Finance Department in meeting company collection objectives;
- Submit timely and accurate reports on monthly basis (expense, car tax, restaurant, etc.).
- Provide timely and accurate budget reports as required.
- Provide regular Business Updates on monthly basis to the Marine Sales Manager.
**SAFETY**:

- Live and promote safe work practices according to CMP HSEQ Policy.
**QUALITY**:

- Ensure the Company’s quality policies and procedures are followed;
- Support the internal Quality Audit Process by facilitating the closure of outstanding Quality reports;
- Participate in Quality Audits as an Internal Auditor if required.
**TEAM BUILDING**:

- Participate in 1X1 meetings with the Marine Sales Manager.
- Identify and communicate training based on the needs of the position in the company.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Stipendio: a partire da €1.200,00 al mese

Disponibilità:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
Retribuzione supplementare:
